Meet the Founder
Welcome, Beautiful Soul
I’m Sonata Swan, founder of Sacred Flow Boutique — yogini, designer, mystic, and lifelong student of intentional living.
Sacred Flow was born from a desire to bring together worlds that have always felt deeply connected to me: the spiritual and the sensual, the mystical and the material, movement and design.
Through years of exploring yoga, interior design, fashion, ritual, runes, Vedic and Karmic numerology, and Vedic astrology, I came to see our surroundings differently. The things we wear, touch, move with, and invite into our spaces can become part of the rituals through which we care for ourselves.
Sacred Flow Boutique is an expression of that philosophy — a collection of thoughtfully chosen pieces intended to bring beauty, intention, and presence into your practice and everyday life.
