If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount as required by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Sacred Flow Boutique currently ships to customers in Canada and the United States.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are presented during checkout or elsewhere on the Site where applicable.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law regarding delayed or undelivered orders.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe represented to you, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your shipping information.

Returns, refunds, damaged products, cancellations, and related matters are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our current standard return window is 10 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions described in that policy.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sacred Flow Boutique.
