Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging and any included materials. Opening the packaging does not automatically make an item ineligible for return, provided the product itself has not been used or washed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or a refund of those charges is otherwise required by applicable law.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, is defective, or was sent incorrectly, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. If a return is required because of a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Sacred Flow Boutique will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Verified manufacturing defects may still be reviewed even if the product has been used. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, yoga mats and yoga mat towels that have been used or washed cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Items that are damaged after delivery through misuse, improper care, or accidental damage are also not eligible for a standard return.

Gift cards are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regularly priced items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product or colour, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, provided it meets the return requirements above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@sacredflowboutique.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or fulfillment has begun.

If your order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs for standard returns are non-refundable.

Canada and United States

Sacred Flow Boutique currently ships to customers in Canada and the United States. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
